Privacy notice — draft
This describes the current development design. It is not a finalized privacy notice for a public service. The operator, contact details, retention periods and applicable legal requirements must be finalized before launch.
Draft document — operator details are being finalized.
Draft updated: 13 October 2026
Account and service records
Current records include a generated account ID, access and recovery credential hashes, device public keys, assigned tunnel addresses, access expiry, invoices and administration actions. Private device keys are intended to remain with the client.
Connection information
WireGuard processes connection endpoints, handshake times and transfer counters to operate the tunnel. The panel shows authorization and approximate recent activity. It is not designed to display browsing history or DNS queries. This is not an independently verified no-logs guarantee.
Payments and external providers
NOWPayments receives invoice and payment information, including a random order identifier, currency and amount. Hosting and payment providers process data under their own policies. Blockchain payments may leave public records; paying with cryptocurrency alone does not ensure anonymity.
Support and this preview
Email support is available at info@privateroutevpn.technology. Messenger support may disclose profile or contact details to that platform. The account deletion page only prepares text locally; no request is submitted.
Before public release
We must publish the operator identity, contact route, data retention and deletion rules, applicable rights and any website analytics or storage practices. Do not rely on this draft as a complete statement of those practices.
