Useful details for a future request
Include the platform, app version, approximate time, connection state and a short description of the issue. Include your account ID only in a private message to info@privateroutevpn.technology or another verified support channel.
Keep secrets private
Do not send a WireGuard private key, a full configuration file, a wallet seed phrase, an API key or a password. Remove these details from screenshots and logs.
